The Sioris Feel So Fresh Toner is an all-natural brightening, hydrating and balancing toner to combat dull, flaky or uneven skin. Formulated with 85% vitamin C-rich Jeju citrus extract to brighten, while witch hazel and willow bark extract target excess sebum, blackheads and other pore issues for cleaner and clearer skin. How to Use:

• Apply a few drops of toner in your hands with on a cotton pad
